I am the Deputy Commissioner of Police. We live in Wotten Waven - a community of about 280 people. It is located at 900 feet elevation 3 1/2 miles out of Roseau on the western or Caribbean side of the island. We also have a small farm with many varieties of tropical fruits and vegetables. The view from our home of the lush green mountains is really spectacular.
