Public announcements are made through the National Radio and other broadcast stations. The Dominica Amateur Radio Club members will utilize the amateur repeaters and remote bases as well as common simplex frequencies to assist. Network contact is Clement James, J73CI

Training:

Three training sessions a year are normally held, before, during and after the hurricane season. Uniform response is the key goal. Individual club members are encouraged to prepare for and maintain personal readiness of their home, portable and mobile stations. (click here for checklist)

VHF Repeaters 145.430 MHz (-600 KHz shift) and 147.360 MHz (+600 KHz shift)
Remote Bases 146.64 (-600 KHz shift) linked to UHF repeater hub.

VHF Simplex 146.200 MHz and 146.640 MHz
UHF Repeater 442.100 MHz (+5 MHz shift)
